Business Hours
Monday-Thursday: 9am-6pm
Fridays: 9am-2pm
Weekends are available upon request. Holiday hours will be updated regularly.
New business hours will be effective January 1st, 2025

Consultations
A consultation is required for all clients. This allows us to get to know you and learn more about your needs.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required for most services. The remaining balance is due when your service is completed. Full payments are required for certain services.
No Call/No Shows
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. Please reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
No calls/no shows will be prohibited from future bookings.
Lateness
We try our best to respect our client’s time, adhering that lateness can affect other clients. Please contact us if as soon as possible if you are running late to your appointment. We will try our best to have you scheduled for a time that works best for all parties.
Service Delivery
Services take an average of 3-5 business days to be completed. Turn-around times can be extended due to business demand or specific services. Weekends are not included.
Rush Fee
There is a set rush fee for services that need a faster turnaround time(1-2 days). The fee varies according to the service. More details can be found on our scheduling page: https://greencsbc.as.me/
Shipping
Items are shipped via USPS and will arrive in 5-7 business days. We currently only offer domestic shipping.
Refunds
Damaged items will be replaced or refunded. Please contact us within 3-business days. All digital sales and service packages are final. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours to correct any necessary changes.
